Refund & Return Policy

At Creed Robes, each robe is a pre-order item and enters production after your order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or shipping delays.

Damaged or Defective Orders

Your purchase is covered by our 30-day warranty. If your robe arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim and work to make it right.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed once production has started. Please double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before purchasing.

Pre-Order Timeframe

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production, followed by 7–12 business days for delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
