At Creed Robes, all robes are sold as pre-order items and are produced after your order is placed.

Production Time

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your robe to be produced and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. We offer free worldwide shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
